JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT

The Stocks Administrator will be responsible for maintaining inventory records between ERP system and third-party storage facilities over multiple locations. We seek an entry-level professional to assist in reconciliations, implement policies, procedures and applicable regulations monitoring and ensuring inventory security.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES



Responsible for the accuracy of inventory information, records and the execution of adjustments based on verifications between third-party storage facility to the in-house ERP system
Analyzes inventory discrepancies by investigating variances and identifying root causes such as inventory movements between locations and possible stock shrinkage.
Collaborate with the all internal teams to ensure coordinated tasks are completed efficiently to support business objectives.
Maintaining data bases required for all forms of inventory record keeping and storage costs record keeping
Responsible for storage cost calculations and raising the relevant accruals
Review and validate incoming service invoices and submit invoices for payment
Bring together data and run regular reports in support of supply chain business processes and those required by external parties
Participates in local continuous improvement in the inventory process area and provide recommendations, ideas and plans to local and functional management.
Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Two-year supply chain experience with a strong reconciliation background

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience within the Agricultural commodity sector a plus
