Emakhandeni’s Training Division is a seasoned accredited training provider whose market includes both Individuals and the Corporate World. The training division conducts full time & part time learning classes to high school graduates seeking to empower themselves with employable skills in Health Science & Business Studies.
Those that are already employed also find our skills programmes to be very useful in advancing particular competencies in the workplace to enhance their chances to climb the corporate ladder.
Emakhandeni Training provide University Part Time Tuition for part time students enrolled with universities such as UNISA. Our offering includes Financial Accounting 1 – 3 and Economics at all levels. Our part time classes are conducted after hours during the week and in the morning on Saturdays.

BUSINESS STUDIES
NATIONAL N-DIPLOMAS AND CERTIFICATES
Earn internationally recognised qualifications by enrolling for the following Diploma programmes

Minimum admission requirements:
- NSC / N3 / Grade 12
Enrolment Dates:
- There are two intakes per year: January and July.
- Registration closes on the last day of intake month
Examinations:
- Examinations are conducted in June and November every year
- Students write examinations set by the National Department of Education and receive a Department of Education Certificate. To qualify for a National Diploma, students need to obtain and complete 18 months relevant practical experience. The National Diploma can be used as entry to university degrees.
Department of Medical & Health Care Practice
The main focus in this department is the training of personnel for the medical and health sector.
Fields of study include:
• National Diploma: Medical Secretary
• NC: Ancillary Health Care
• NC: Community Health Work Level 2
• FET Certificate: Community Health Work Level 4
• Skills programs: Primary Health Care, Home Based Care, Care Giver

Department of Emergency Care & Safety
Main focus is to equip learners working in any type of workplace with a broad understanding and knowledge of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) concepts and practices with sufficient detail to enable them to function in a safe and healthy way and to deal with health and safety problems and issues.
Fields of study include: Occupational Health, Safety& and Environment.
Skills programs: Safety and Fatigue in Workplace, HIV/ AIDS and Nutrition in the Community, SHE Representative in the Workplace, Occupational Health and Safety Inspection
Department of Teacher Training
The department specialises in training those who are passionate in teaching in the rapidly growing area of Early Childhood Development education in South Africa and internationally.
Fields of study include: National Diploma -Educare.
Department of Business Studies:
The department offers an array of internationally recognised Diplomas and certificates specifically tailored for individuals who aspire to become business professionals.

Emakhandeni is a Construction Industry Development Board registered company which provides elegant building services for both domestic and industrial purposes. We do:
- General Building and Renovations which incorporates painting, brick work, plumbing, tiling, paving, electrical repairs & installations
- Fabrication of Iron, Steel and Aluminum Structures
- Civil Engineering
- OHS training
Our operations are head quartered in Johannesburg, Gauteng Province, with additional offices in Bloemfontein, Free State Province. Plans are underway to open additional offices in other Provinces.
