Activities:
- Review Operational processes and Company policies/guidelines to help improve workflow and build a stronger company.
- Work with Top management to review job connections/activities and modify employee and department tasks based on company needs.
- Collaborate with QHSE and Operations teams to help find ways to create profitable business processes.
- Deliver daily/monthly KPI´s to management on trends base on data analysis and develop Action Plans.
- Follow up of Action Plans/Project and Improvement Opportunities in Operations.
- Increase Safety & Quality awareness in shop floor area.
Required Skills:
- Advance Industrial Engineering Graduate
- Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
- At least final year engineering students or 1-year experience in operations monitoring/data analysis.
- Exceptional written/oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with management at all levels (Top Management/Middle Management/Shop floor)
