Responsibilities:
- Position that will fill the gap between the Project Manager and the Lab Technician.
- TDS Sampling
- Verifying of final product and TDS
- Data capturing of sample worksheets
- Assisting with inhouse sensory evaluation
- Final product scale up to R&D sampling to Factory manufacturing
- Compatibility of reprocessing, guarantee whenever possible the reuse of a product
NOTE: This position is 70% admin and 30% technical orientated. The chosen candidate must be able to stand in for the Lab Technicians in case of need.

- MS Office
- Project and planning tools
- Scale up process of the recipes
- Reprocessing
- Lab analysis
- English (required)
- Afrikaans (considered an asset)
