The incumbents in these positions will be responsible to oversee the overall catering services operations at Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University. The incumbent reports to the Deputy Director: Catering Services and will furthermore meet the requirements and be responsible for the key performance areas listed below:

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12
Degree/Diploma qualification in culinary arts
At least five (5) years management and professional cookery experience
Working knowledge of accounting systems and processes
Fine dining skills
Prepared to work extended hours
Valid driver’s License
