DISTANCE EDUCATION REGISTRATIONS : 1ST SEMESTER REGISTRATION AND 2ND SEMESTER SUBJECT ADDITIONS.

(You will not be allowed to ADD SUBJECTS available in 2nd Semester if you did not REGISTER in the beginning of the year)

ALL STUDENTS INTENDING TO REGISTER FOR MUST COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE DHET GAP GRANT APPLICATION FORM WHICH IS AVAILABLE ON THE DISTANCE EDUCATION HOME PAGE TO FINANCES: STU​DENT ACCOUNTS

Online registration commences on 8 January and closes on 16 February .



If you failed a subject during 1st semester, you are not allowed to re-register the same subject for 2nd semester.

Re-examinations subject: registrations will be done automatically by the institution which implies that you shouldn’t register the subjects yourself.

You are not allowed to register a follow up subject for the 2nd semester if you passed the pre-requisite subject (example: any 2nd or 3rd year subjects) in the 1st semester.

Please note that the information contained in the General Registration Information docum​ent attached below is of utmost importance. Please print and read the document carefully before attempting to register online.
