Accepting an offer to study at UKZN
Congratulations, you have been offered a place to study at UKZN in 2018. Please accept the offer
within 3 days by completing the relevant forms (listed below) that are available on: Checking
Application Status and Accepting the Offer to Study. You can download them by clicking on the
relevant download option. If you do not accept the offer within 3 days, the offer will be withdrawn
and you will not be allowed to register. The place will be offered to another applicant because the
university receives more applications than it can accommodate.
1. Consent and Indemnity Form (Download)
2. Acceptance of Offer Form applicable to you. Please ensure that the Acceptance of Offer
Form you select (below) corresponds with the type of offer you were made. If you would
