- Relevant qualification
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Industru experience/understanding will serve as an added advantage

- Intermediate level of Computer Literate (MS Package)
- Good interpersonal skills and self-driven
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- High level of attention to details
- Results driven and Resilience
- Basic understanding of labour relations
- Problem Solving skills and Analytical skills
- Must be able to work in a team and/or independently
