Applications open in May and Close in September
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Verified copy of NSC certificate or its equivalent
- Verified copy of your ID
- If you are sitting again to better your NSC provide proof
- If you have any related activities post NSC or matric, provide an affidavit to the effect
IF YOU ARE A TRANSFER STUDENT
- Provide a verified copy of NSC Certificate/equivalent of it
- Your ID
- Testimonial attesting to your conduct
- Verified copy of your transcript
- Assessment book containing all you have done
- If you have a degree already, provide a verified copy of your certificate
IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL STUDENT
- You will have to first submit your documents for the necessary assessments and exemptions.
- The University cannot provide admission until you have been cleared.
- Submit your academic documents through https://mbit-application.hesa.org.za/assessment for the necessary assessment.
- A verified copy of your passport.
IF YOU ARE APPLYING FOR A POSTGRADUATE PROGRAM
- You will need a verified copy of your ID
- Provide a certified version of your Passport if you are an international student
- Verified transcripts, this applies to all students
- Verified copies of all degrees, this applies to all students
- You have to submit an SAQA Evaluation Certificate if you are an international student
- A short CV this applies to all students
- All prospective postgraduate students must provide a one-page letter of motivation
- For Masters and Doctoral applicants, you must submit your research abstract
