Job Description
Our client based in Johannesburg is urgently looking for an IT Support Technician to be on a 6 months extendable contract with an option to go Permanent
Duties & responsibilities:

- Helpdesk – Customer Support
- Escalations to ManageEngine
- Internal IT support
- Product Certification
- Client Meetings
Qualifications & Experience:

- A+
- N+
- MCSA
- Minimum of 4 years in IT support position
- Network and Server Knowledge
- Active Directory
- Cloud Background
Must:
- Own a car and be able to travel (reimbursements possible)
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Reside in Gauteng or surrounding area
- Valid South African Passport
