Coaching has become a vital component of the development strategy in leading organisations, and complements all other learning and management processes. It is particularly helpful at executive level.

The Henley Professional Certificate in Coaching is an international qualification accredited in the UK. It is the first stage of the international Henley Masters in Coaching & Behavioural Change qualification. Successful completion places you on the Henley Business School international register of coaches.

This globally recognised programme, developed internationally and originally run exclusively in the UK, equips managers to coach in diverse management development situations, and demonstrates techniques for enhancing coaching effectiveness and transforming mere knowledge to implementation.

Who Should Apply?

The programme is aimed at practising coaches wishing to develop their skills, and at managers and consultants with some understanding or experience of coaching. It builds competence and confidence in coaching, giving participants the opportunity – under the watchful eye of skilled coaching practitioners – to practise a wide range of techniques to suit different coaching situations and requirements.



Modules:

The Professional Certificate in Coaching comprises two taught modules of three days each, with extensive coaching practice between and after, and a number of practical assignments which are internationally reviewed. It also includes two external client coaching sessions.
