JD Specialized Recruitment are currently recruiting for an ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT for a company in Randburg





Due to the high volume of applications anticipated, we will only respond to those candidates who have the required experience

The Administration Assistant will provide a support function to the Administration, Accounts and HR and IT departments, through maintaining company records, and assisting with accounting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, where they have provided administration support to various departments.
  • Diploma or certification in Office Administration.
  • Pastel Accounting Experience not negotiable
  • Above average computer literacy plus technical knowledge to manage email & printer setups on new laptops and backups.
  • Have the ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks, organise and plan in order to meet deadlines.
  • Own Transport
