This course covers construction, masonry building and woodworking; design, drainage and sanitation in a practical, theoretical management and design environment. This programme integrates academic knowledge and theory with practical skills and values.

Motheo FET College, situated in Mangaung (Bloemfontein), offers career education to students in three main areas: – those who because of their aptitude and interest, choose career education after Grade 9; – students who wish to study in a career direction after Grade 12 in either Engineering, Management, Business, or General Studies (Art and Design, Hair Dressing and Beauty Technology, Hospitality and Tourism); and – adult employees who wish to follow in-service training courses which are geared towards specific aspects of their jobs.
