Motheo Fet College Zastron,The Motheo TVET College’s Zastron satellite campus was officially opened this Friday after it operated from a copy shop for more than ten years.

According to the college’s principal, Dipiloane Phutsitsi, the college also used the tele-centre building of the Mohokare Municipality for classes.

Phutsitsi says they bought the venue in 2013 and it was developed and refurbished for teaching and learning purposes.

“We are grateful indeed that we now have this building, which has four big lecture halls, two small lecture halls, and two big computer laboratories, among others. Our students never had these facilities before and today, they were very jubilant and everyone was happy. We are grateful to the Mayor of Mohokare, its councillors and the Free State Premier for allowing us to grow our college and to open the doors of learning.”
