The aim of Adrenalin Advanced Driving Academy is to provide licensed drivers with advanced driving training to raise awareness, skill levels and assess attitude and the potential dangers associated with the wrong attitude.




Advanced driving techniques, driver attitude and vision will be covered together with correct use of modern safety features. An explanation of the correct braking techniques will be covered before being put to the test in a practical demonstration.

All Adrenalin Advanced Driving courses are conducted in a relaxed, but controlled way to encourage participant interaction and involvement. The focus of an Adrenalin day is definitely not on driving fast and dangerously!

ADVANCED DRIVING & CAR CONTROL COURSE

Advanced Driving courses are designed for drivers who wish to take their driving skills to the next level.

This level 3 advanced driver training course allows you the opportunity to learn more technical and advanced vehicle dynamics and explore high end vehicle control skills in a safe and non threatening environment.



This module includes:

  • An in depth analysis of physical skills, seating, vision, braking, acceleration and use of transmission
  • Practical advanced vehicle dynamics
  • Highway speed emergency braking for ABS and non ABS vehicles
  • Evasive lane changing both wet and dry
  • Vehicle stability control
  • Under steer and over steer causes, control, and prevention.

DEFENSIVE & FLEET SAFETY DRIVING

WHAT IS THE DEFENSIVE & FLEET SAFETY DRIVING ?

The aim of the Adrenalin Defensive Driving Courses is to provide training to licensed drivers to raise awareness, skill levels and assess attitude and the potential dangers associated with the wrong attitude. It is ideal for Corporate Fleet Training, since it is an accepted fact that raising levels of driving skills result in a reduction of driving accidents, injuries and fatalities. Corporate fleet managers are also impressed by reduction of costs resulting from enhanced skills, better fuel consumption, better vehicle maintenance and lower accident rates

The Defensive & Fleet Safety courses are suitable for all licensed drivers, and suitable for all vehicles including four wheel drive and light commercial vehicles. The creation of better drivers is achieved through a mixture of theoretical and practical driving conducted on site or at a recognised training venue in the participants own vehicles or vehicles provided by Adrenalin.

All Adrenalin Defensive Driving courses are conducted in a relaxed, but controlled way to encourage participant interaction and involvement. The focus of a training day is definitely not on driving fast and dangerously! A final debrief will recap the day, assess and evaluate the driver’s attitude before our Defensive Driving Course Certificates are handed out as recognition of having completed the course.

Due to the diverse driving personalities within most corporate companies we believe our training modules to be most beneficial and cost effective. The modules may be presented at your company premises or at our facility.

TRACK DRIVING COURSE

We provide qualified high performance driving instructors conducted at Zwartkops Raceway.

We provide qualified high performance driving instructors conducted at Zwartkops Raceway with safety crew, 20 min intervals of uninterrupted laps with training, snacks, and refreshments.

COURSE 3: DEFENSIVE DRIVING & SKIDPAN

 

Duration:   1 DAY:      08h00 – 16h00        2 hours theory as a group … thereafter individual In-car Instruction & evaluation followed by skid control exercises on the Skidpan

 

Venue:                         Gerotek Testing Facility in Pretoria

Catering:                     Breakfast, Lunch and refreshments are included

Experience Advanced Skidpan Training in a safe & relaxed environment.

A dedicated skidpan training module enables drivers to increase skid control skills and vehicle dynamics. Build confidence in driving in wet conditions

 

Courses are conducted on Saturdays (Weekdays can be arranged for corporates)

Course Duration: 3 hours

Consisting of: Breakfast upon arrival

2 hours skidpan practical

HI – JACK PREVENTION COURSE

WHAT IS THE HI – JACK PREVENTION COURSE ?

This course is a must for woman/men drivers of all types of vehicles, who are all open to the threat of a hijack situation
