TGSL Executive Management Programme (EMP) Certificate
PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME
The Turfloop Graduate School of Leadership designed an Executive Management Programme (NQF level 8) for senior managers and chief executive officers. The Executive Management Programme Certificate is a stand-alone qualification. The successful completion of the modules cannot be credited for the MBA degree offered by the Turfloop Graduate School of Leadership.
Admission
The admission requirement is a First/Bachelor’s degree and three years of management experience in the public or private sectors.
Duration
The programme is offered in block periods of four days (two days every three weeks) class attendance for each module. The six modules and integrated project report can be completed over a period of 12 months and the maximum period is 15 months.
Assessment
Two formative assessments for the first six modules in the form of tests, assignments and project work, and a project report for the integrated project.
