  • Lifelong Learning Experience Designer
    African Leadership Academy seeks to appoint an exceptional learning and development professional to design high impact learning experiences for the Academy’s graduates that will accelerate their careers and amplify their impact.
  • Vice President, ALA Network
    The Vice President, ALA Network, oversees the effort to connect high-potential youth from the ALA network, MasterCard Foundation Scholars program, and the Anzisha Fellowship to opportunities for impact across the African continent. The role oversees a team of approximately 15 people who are responsible for designing, curating, and enabling a range of opportunities for nearly 2500 young leaders across the ALA network. Four senior managers will report directly to the VP of ALA Network, and are responsible for programming related to University Success, Careers and Internships, Entrepreneurship Support, and Alumni Networks. As a member of ALA’s Executive Committee, the VP of ALA Network works alongside the CEO, CFO, and Dean to shape the strategy of our institution, which includes the two-year residential program and a lifelong network of opportunities – ranging from university scholarships, to careers, enterprise support, and beyond.
